Hughenden Tannery

	The Tannery was built in 1995. Started March 1996 well equipped for the early stage processing of fine leathers. The four Olcina drums giving the tannery the capacity to process 7 tonnes of hides per day.
	Mr Miro Sekach from Czechoslovakia was the founding Master Tanner, he laid the foundations for the tannery’s current range of finished leathers.
	Due to the success the tannery has been extended, updated and widened, including the tannery’s diverse range giving the capacity to handle not only Kangaroo but Bovine, Sheep, Horse, Ostrich, Crocodile, Fish, Goat, Deer and Dingo producing quality leathers in a range of colours and textures.
